Engineering tire is a tire with good wear resistance and less heat generation, which is composed of four parts: cord ply, bead, buffer layer and tread.
1. Tyres must be assembled on the specified vehicle type and rim. Special tools and instruments shall be used to install and remove tyres. It is strictly forbidden to pry or smash hard.
2. The same axle shall be equipped with tyres of the same brand, specification, structure, pattern and level.
3. Bias tire and radial tire cannot be mixed.
4. When assembling tyres with directional pattern, the rotation direction sign of the tyres shall be consistent with the driving direction of the vehicle.
5. When the construction machinery tires are installed together, the difference range of the outer diameter of the twin tires shall meet the following requirements.
The allowable difference range of the outer diameter of the two tires when the construction machinery tires are installed in parallel.
6. Disassembly and assembly of tubeless tire
1. Before tire mounting, check whether the rim is deformed and cracked. If there is any problem, repair or replace the rim. The rust and other sundries on the surface of the rim, the lower seat of the bead and the groove of the O-ring shall be removed.
2. It is required to disassemble tires with O-ring rims.
